I cook because I love to.
As the 'family' cook, I try and include a wide variety of foods and food groups, keeping an eye on the nutritional values.Keeping it healthy is perhaps, the most challenging part of cooking everyday. Since I am diabetic, I have to keep that in mind too.
I try to bring the world into my kitchen.
